Angela Sun
Angela Sun is a journalist film maker, documentary journalist and television host. Angela Sun, a journalist and sportscaster who has been awarded prizes for her efforts at Santa Clara County California was born on the 19th of October 1979. She has a degree in Sociology and Communications at the University of California. Sun had exceptional surfing skills and was a participant in numerous pro-am Surf events which led to her getting sponsorships from major brands such as Roxy Reef Billabong Vans etc. Her career was initiated into entertainment by the recognition that she received. She, later on went to become an actress, sportscaster as well as a film director. Sun was mostly an anchor for various channels. She was a reporter in 2003 as a correspondent with Fox Sports Net. She has also hosted American Ninja Warrior alongside Matt Iseman and Jonny Moseley in the year 2012. Sun was host of The Yahoo Sports Minute during 2014. Sun was the very first Asian American to have her name featured in ESPN Fox Sports Yahoo Sports, Tennis Channel and Yahoo Sports. Sun's acting talents have brought her the attention of her peers. Her roles include Goliath (2016, Hit the Floor 2014-2016), A Perfect Getaway 2009) Shackled 2005, Street Kings 2008 and Glowsticks and Drumsticks 2004. In 2014 Sun released Platic Paradise: The Great Pacific Garbage Patch an full-length documentary on the effects of marine pollution caused by plastic and its impact on the ecosystem. Sun wrote, directed and produced herself.
