Smith is best known for her performance in the Bernie Mac Show's Wanda McCullough. She was born in Chicago and has been acting for over 20 years. In addition to her role on The Bernie Mac Show for more than seven years, Smith has held recurring roles on CBS Nash Bridges; UPN Malcolm & Eddie; FOX Televisions Martin and The WBs Jamie Foxx Show; Sister, Sister and NYPD Blue. Recently released movies include Roll Bounce, a Fox 2000 Film; King Ransom with New Line Cinema; Fox Searchlight Kingdom Come starring Whoopi goldberg; Marimax the Crossing Guard together with Jack Nicolson.
